Longevia Medical Center (part of Ocean Investments) is developing a new nationwide initiative focused on preventive health screenings and medical services. We are looking for responsible, motivated healthcare professionals to join our team and travel across Bulgaria as part of the project.
About the role
We are looking for a motivated General Practitioner (GP) to take clinical responsibility for a fully equipped mobile medical unit and provide preventive screenings and routine medical examinations at various locations in Sofia and across the country.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct preventive screenings and routine medical examinations
- Assess and diagnose patients and refer them to a specialist when necessary
- Maintain complete and accurate medical records
- Work alongside a medical assistant according to a pre-arranged schedule
- Follow established medical protocols and quality standards
Requirements
- Medical degree and a recognized specialization in General Medicine, or currently working towards the specialization
- Active membership in the Bulgarian Medical Association (BMA)
- Previous experience as a General Practitioner is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility towards patients
- Willingness to travel and undertake business trips across Bulgaria
- Category B driving licence is an advantage
- Certification to perform ultrasound examinations is an advantage
