Natalia is Ocean Investments’ Chief Legal Officer. She is a lawyer with more 20 years of experience in various spheres of law and has led the risk and compliance function of the companies in our group for more than a decade, making the most of her solid knowledge and expertise in M&A – domestic and cross-border. Natalia is passionate about finding the right, adequate, fast and result orientated legal solutions that are good from business prospective.
