Over the past three months, the HR team at Ocean Investments has achieved significant success and has been honored with several prestigious awards. At the end of April 2024, our team won first place in the “Best HR Project of a Large Company” category, awarded by the esteemed Bulgarian Association for People Management jury. This recognition results from our diligent work, dedication and innovative approach to our HR practices.

These awards are a testament to our commitment to creating a favorable work environment and effective internal communication, which significantly contribute to the satisfaction and productivity of our employees.
