Business Development & Corporate Partnerships Manager (B2B, HealthTech)

Longevia Health (part of Ocean Investments) is building a new model for health management. It brings together the BeHealthy digital platform, medical expertise, Health Assistants, preventive care, mobile medical units and a network of trusted partners.

Our goal is to go beyond traditional preventive health screenings and medical concierge services. We want people to have a clear understanding of their health, take timely action and receive meaningful ongoing support – while giving employers a measurable and worthwhile way to invest in the health of their teams.

We are looking for a commercially minded professional with an entrepreneurial approach who can translate our services into clear, compelling solutions that make sense to clients.

The role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and involves close collaboration with the medical, operations and product teams. Its primary focus is to establish Longevia’s position in the market through structured market testing, strong corporate propositions and sustainable partnerships.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop the company’s B2B go-to-market strategy, including priority customer segments, key buyer profiles, sales messaging and channels.
  • Meet with employers, HR and People leaders, finance leaders and operations executives to understand their real needs and purchasing criteria.
  • Develop corporate packages, proposals, SLAs and pricing models based on the company’s medical, digital and preventive health services.
  • Establish preventive care as an entry point into a long-term model of prevention, healthcare navigation and ongoing health support.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, including opportunities, next steps, proposals, forecasts and performance analysis.
  • Prepare and present proposals to employers, insurers, partners and occupational health providers.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships that make Longevia’s services more accessible and scalable.
  • Bring market feedback back into the business: what clients understand, what is missing, what creates friction in the sales process and what should be tested next.
  • Work with real market data and short validation cycles: hypothesis → client meeting → proposal/pilot → result → decision.

Requirements

  • At least 4–5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, corporate partnerships or service development.
  • Proven experience selling complex B2B services involving multiple stakeholders in the buying decision.
  • Strong negotiation skills and confidence working with senior decision-makers, including business owners, managing directors, HR directors and finance directors.
  • Ability to structure a compelling commercial proposal around the client’s problem, value proposition, scope, pricing, expected outcome and next steps.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy and a proactive approach.
  • Excellent written and spoken Bulgarian.
  • High levels of integrity, accountability and attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare, health insurance, employee benefits, HR services, occupational health, corporate wellbeing or digital products.
  • Proficiency in English.

Your first 90 days

  • Define Longevia’s priority customer segments, buyer profiles and core market proposition.
  • Develop corporate propositions for preventive care, BeHealthy and coordinated healthcare services.
  • Hold targeted meetings with prospective clients and partners and build a healthy, active sales pipeline.
  • Prepare and send the first concrete proposals and pilot models.
  • Establish a regular process for feeding sales insights back to the product, operations and medical teams.

What we offer

  • The opportunity to build the commercial function of a company with a strong medical foundation, operational mobile medical units and a growing digital platform.
  • The chance to work on a meaningful product with the potential to change how employers and individuals manage health.
  • Direct collaboration with the CEO and real influence over the company’s services, market approach and growth.
  • A close-knit, motivated team united by a shared goal: changing the way people take care of their health.
  • Competitive compensation linked to performance, along with a benefits package.
  • The option to work from home after successfully completing the probationary period.
  • Stability, transparency and the opportunity to build a long-term working relationship.
  • Supplementary health insurance.
  • 25 days of paid annual leave.
  • Additional paid leave for your birthday, for mothers with children and for volunteering.
  • MultiSport card.
  • Employee referral bonus.
  • Company-sponsored training and development.
