2025 in Review: Building Momentum & Shaping What’s Next

2025 in review

Some years are about growth; others are about direction. 2025 was both for Ocean Investments.

Across our portfolio, our companies translated strategy into strong financial performance, launched meaningful innovations, expanded their international footprint, and earned recognition from industry leaders, all while preparing for something big.

Below, we take a look at the key achievements of each Ocean Investments company during the year.

In 2025, VIP Security continued to strengthen its position as a leading provider of integrated security solutions through regional visibility, strategic partnerships, and industry recognition.

The company became an official partner of Genetec, a global leader in unified security platforms. This partnership enables VIP Security to work with one of the most advanced security management systems worldwide, integrating high-reliability solutions for video surveillance, intelligent access control, alarm management, and fully connected security ecosystems.

Looking Ahead

As Ocean Investments moves into 2026, the group is embarking on a strategic transformation focused on building a more decentralized, adaptive, and human-centered organizational structure. This evolution is designed to empower our companies with greater autonomy, accelerate decision-making, and foster closer, more meaningful relationships with clients, teams, and the communities we serve.

This direction has already been recognized with the Emergent Excellence Award, which Ocean Investments received in September, in recognition of its early progress toward decentralization and more connected ways of working.

2026 marks the next chapter for Ocean Investments, aligning growth with resilience, collaboration, and long-term impact across our entire portfolio. Stay tuned for more. We’ll soon share more about how we will transform the way we think, collaborate, and grow in the new year and beyond.
